Meet The Doctor
Dr Eloy Franco is a physician certified in the medical field of Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology since 2012. In 2014, he also obtained Board Certification in the field of Brain Injury Medicine.
He gained his medical degree at the Ponce Health Sciences University, School of Medicine, in 2006, where he graduated with Honors and highest distinction from the Department of Psychiatry. He then moved to Ohio in 2006 to attend the the prestigious Cleveland Clinic Psychiatry Residency Program, where he completed 4 years of psychiatry training.
His awards and recognitions include having been selected to serve as Chief Resident of his psychiatric program at the Cleveland Clinic in 2009-2010, receiving Fellow status from the American Psychiatric Association in 2014, obtaining membership into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, and being recipient of the Kaleidoscope Magazine award in 2007. He also completed a bachelor’s degree in science at the University of Puerto Rico, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2002.
For the last 9 years, Dr Franco has been living in the sunny beaches of Florida, where he has cared for thousands of patients of various age ranges, diverse backgrounds, and unique histories. Dr. Franco has expertise in dealing with the following patients and diagnostic areas:
