There is still a large shortage of psychiatrists in most parts of our country. Dr Franco is licensed to practice psychiatry in 4 states and 1 territory (Florida, Ohio, Georgia, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico), and is fluent in two languages (English and Spanish).
